The $100 covers labor for professional brake pad replacement on one axle (front or rear). This includes removing the old pads, inspecting the rotors and calipers, installing new pads, and a test to make sure everything is working properly. Brake pads are separate — you can provide your own or we can pick them up for you.

Most brake pad replacements take about 45 minutes to 1 hour per axle. We'll give you a more specific estimate when you book based on your vehicle.

That's great — it saves you money! Just let us know when you book and we'll install the pads you have. The $100 labor rate stays the same either way.

You pay after the job is complete. We accept credit and debit cards, Cash App, Venmo, and Zelle. Whatever is easiest for you. No payment upfront — you only pay when you're satisfied with the work.

You don't have to stand there watching, but we do need someone present to hand over the keys and approve the work. If you're at work and your car is in the parking lot, that works too — just meet us when we arrive.

We inspect your rotors as part of every brake job. If they're in good shape, we'll let you know — no upsell. If they need replacing, we'll give you an honest quote before doing any extra work. Rotor replacement is additional and priced based on your vehicle.

Yes. If there's an issue with the brake work we performed, we'll come back and make it right at no extra charge. We stand behind our work.

Absolutely. We'll show you the old pads so you can see the wear for yourself. Transparency is a big part of what we do.

Light rain is usually fine — we've worked in worse. If conditions are unsafe (heavy storm, ice), we'll reschedule at no charge. Your safety and a quality job come first.
